The hi-tensile steel straight-blade fork has a slight rake angle for excellent steering response, and absorbs road vibrations so you never feel rattle in the saddle.

Alloy components such as cranks, handlebars, wheels, hubs, seat post, stem, and brakes help keep weight down, but also perform at a level that puts you in a legitimate cyclist's realm--no corners are cut with heavier steel parts; they are also far more corrosion resistant than their steel cousins.
